In my [recent blog](https://www.paloaltonetworks.com/blog/2015/03/introducing-the-palo-alto-networks-migration-tool-3-0/?ts=markdown), I mentioned a new version of the migration tool that we've just made available, free of charge, on our [Community Support Portal](https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/community/migration). In just over a week, we've had over 11,000 visitors already.

Here's what Fabian Schoonraad, Security Consultant at Dimension Data, had to say about the new tool,

To ensure a smooth transition and to minimize the risk associated with migrating to a new firewall vendor, we suggest the following:

**Minimize risk by migrating in phases.**
