As our customers focus on the next phase of their digital transformation strategies post-pandemic, business resiliency, workforce flexibility and seamless connectivity have become top priorities for business and IT leaders alike. Recently, we have heard complaints from organizations using other vendors' cloud-delivered security about failed and slow connections. Even after the recovery of service, customers continued to struggle with intermittent connections causing high latency and effectively unusable services. Prisma Access is built in the cloud to secure at cloud scale, uniquely leveraging the combined infrastructures of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), the largest hyper-scale public clouds in the world.

An outage in a specific cloud, or even multi-regional outages in a single cloud provider, will not impact customer operations. In contrast, SASE or SSE solutions that rely on a single-cloud provider, or build their own data centers, risk outages or any other infrastructural issues, creating a bottleneck for business operations for their customers. Repercussions include, but are not limited to, failed transactions and high latency on services during an outage period.

Prisma Access's dedicated dataplane per tenant helps customers ensure their data residency preferences are met.
