RECRUITING AGENCIES

How do I submit a resume to Palo Alto Networks?

Your agency will need to sign a Palo Alto Networks recruiting agency agreement for a specific requisition before a resume can be submitted. Any resume submitted without this agreement in place will become the sole property of Palo Alto Networks.

Does Palo Alto Networks assign its searches to agencies?

Yes, if we feel your firm is a good fit, we will ask you to sign a Palo Alto Networks recruiting agency agreement for a specific requisition. We can then assign the search to your firm via a dedicated account in Jobvite.

Does Palo Alto Networks hire contract recruiters or work with temp agencies?

Yes, we work with both contract recruiters and contingent workforce agencies. Have a look at the "How do I get Palo Alto Networks to identify my firm?" for the next steps.

How do I get Palo Alto Networks to identify my firm?

We look for firms that specialize, rather than those that recruit general talent. If you think your firm fits this criterion, please contact us. Some questions we tend to ask include:

  1. What were the top three job titles you placed over the last 12 months?
  2. How many placements were made for each job title over the last 12 months?
  3. How many placements did you have in the Bay Area versus outside the Bay Area?
  4. Can you provide candidate and customer references attesting to your firm's work and long-term success?

The more straightforward the answers and the more specialization they demonstrate, the more likely Palo Alto Networks will call on your firm when there is a need. Please send your responses to: staffingconnect@paloaltonetworks.com
