What is included in the registration fee?
Registration includes admission into all general and breakout sessions, networking lunches, the Expert Lab, and conference entertainment.
Are one-day passes available?
One-day passes are not available for purchase.
Are there passes just to attend the Ignite Expo and Expert Lab?
No, the conference fee covers all three days of the conference, including the Ignite Expo and Expert Lab.
What is the process for registering for the Certified Network Security Engineer (CNSE) Exam?
This certification exam will be offered on Monday, November 12, 2012. If you would like to take this exam please indicate your interest at registration. The exam will be offered at $150 to all registered attendees and a photo ID must be presented before taking the exam. For more details click here.
Does the registration fee include air transportation and hotel accommodations?
No. All transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee. There is a conference rate of $169 per night for a traditional room (single occupancy, excluding tax and fees) at the Wynn Las Vegas if booked before October 10, 2012.
Are registration discounts available?
All attendees qualify for a $100 early registration discount (off the regular price of $795) if registered by Aug 31, 2012. Groups of 4 or more qualify for a $ discount ($595 per ticket) if registered by October 15, 2012.
Are partner discounts available?
Palo Alto Networks resellers and technology partners do not receive a special discount. However, there are discount opportunities for partners that are sponsors of the conference. Contact bstagnaro@paloaltonetworks.com about sponsorship opportunities.

What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be received in writing by email to eward@garnishevent.com or fax to 508-536-3238. Cancellations received prior to September 5, 2012 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received between September 6, 2012 and October 15, 2012 will receive a 50% refund. We regret that no refund for registration cancellations will be made for cancellations received after October 15, 2012.
Hotel accommodation cancellations are subject to the hotels' standard cancellation policy. Any hotel cancellation fees incurred will be charged to the credit card you provided when making your reservation via this site.
Is my reservation transferable?
Registrations are transferable to another associate in your organization at any time. Registration substitutions should be made via the registration website. Any registration discounts are issued to the registering individual only and are not transferrable.
What types of payments are accepted for the conference fee?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Do I need to contact the hotel to book my reservation?
No, if you would like to stay at the Wynn Las Vegas at the conference rate, you can book the hotel when you register using your credit card until October 15, 2012. If you would like to reserve a different hotel or if you need to book your hotel after October 15, you will need to contact the hotel directly.
What is the closest airport to the conference?
McCarran Airport (LAS) is approximately 9 miles from the hotel. If you plan to drive, you can anticipate a 15-minute drive time.

Directions from McCarran Rent-A-Car Center?
Wynn Las Vegas is just over 5 miles from the McCarran Rent-A-Car Center. Simply exit the Center on Gilespie St. and head toward E. Arby Ave. Turn left onto Hidden Well Rd. Merge onto I-15 toward Salt Lake City. Take the Spring Mtn. Road exit and keep left to take the ramp toward Spring Mtn. Road East/Las Vegas Blvd. Merge onto Spring Mtn. Road and turn left onto S. Las Vegas Blvd. Wynn Las Vegas will be on your right.
What is the attire for the conference?
Business casual attire is appropriate for all functions.
