Realizing Cybersecurity Value: The Business Benefits of a Platform Approach

In order to understand if, and how, enterprises benefit from a platform approach to building and operating a modernized, future-proof security framework, Palo Alto Networks undertook an in-depth research study with a wide range of customers across different industries and geographies. (See sidebar “About the Research” at the end of this paper.) That questionnaire-based research was supplemented by a number of in-person interviews with those individuals either directly involved in security operations or responsible for evaluating and signing off on solutions expenditures.
