It’s been a great first week! I’d like to extend a special thanks to our partners for helping us successfully launch our newly enhanced NextWave Program.

The response from our partner community has been overwhelming and underscores the power of collaboration. Our commitment to building a program with and for our partners is a model that we plan to stick with.

The feedback we received from our partners was paramount in helping us identify the enhancements we needed to deliver in order to better fuel current as well as future success. As our partners start to adopt and implement the new enhancements rolled out this week, we want to continue to hear from them. What is working and what could be better? Here’s just a sample of what we’ve heard so far from partners.

    • “We were one of the first Palo Alto Networks distributors,” said Jesper Trolle, Americas President, Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions. “Palo Alto Networks recognizes the need to adapt in order to continue the growth trajectory and remain a leader in the industry. What hasn’t changed is the transparency upon which they share information and their commitment to listening to their partners. We are very pleased with our relationship and look forward to our future together.”
    •  “We were asked to provide feedback on the program changes,” said Chris Barney, SVP & GM, Rocky Mountains, Presidio. “They listened and adjusted based on our feedback and that is a testament to their partner commitment. We have a real voice and a measurable positive impact on the outcome.”
    • “We are a long-time partner of Palo Alto Networks,” said Marcel van Eemeren, Chief Executive Officer at ON2IT Group B.V. “Expanding our security services business is key to our future growth. Palo Alto Networks has taken this feedback and has enhanced their program to help us accelerate the delivery of new security services, strengthening our customer loyalty.”
    • “The NextWave Partner Program enhancements make a lot of sense for our business,” said Victor Share, Chairman, Macroview Telecom Ltd. “We want to build a strong and long-term partnership with Palo Alto Networks and the profitability initiatives of the NextWave Partner Program further strengthen our partnership.”
    • “Palo Alto Networks has made some great enhancements to its NextWave Partner Program,” said Reyna Thompson, Vice President, Product Management at SYNNEX. “We brought suggestions and ideas to Palo Alto Networks and they listened to our feedback, found the information valuable and responded with several adjustments that we believe will significantly strengthen the NextWave Partner Program.”
    • “The new enhancements to the NextWave program align to our business growth and profitability goals,” said Thomas S. Grønne, Chief Executive Officer, at Credocom. “By enabling us to deliver more services we can drive stronger customer engagement and loyalty, which is one of the key items we have been asking for.”
    • “We are expanding our security services and capabilities and Palo Alto is an essential part of our ecosystem,” said Mark Trumble, Director of Cybersecurity, Dimenson Data Australia." We look forward to the NextWave Partner Program enhancements supporting our ongoing joint business initiatives.”

This is just the beginning. And while we are excited by the partner reaction and are proud of what the new program delivers, we know we must work hard everyday to earn your loyalty.
