- Execute a rapid, secure cloud migration.
- Enable a large workforce to work remotely and securely.
- Migrate workloads without security gaps or added complexity.
- Increase network segmentation and enforce security consistently.
“In the last two years, we’ve made an immense amount of changes, doing a lot of the work in parallel. The Prisma Cloud team invested the time to help us define a goal for 12–18 months. Once we had that ‘Cloud Security North Star,’ our team could focus and get it done.”

At the start of the COVID pandemic, Palo Alto Networks helped TTEC’s customer service agents and staff transition seamlessly to remote work using Prisma Access. Today, most of the organization relies on the solution for secure access, with an expectation that 100% will be using it within a few months. With many Fortune 500 companies on its client list, TTEC needed to enhance network security and increase segmentation to provide secure multi-tenancy. TTEC deployed Next-Generation Hardware Firewalls in its data centers, transforming its networks and enabling the enforcement of strict segmentation. The company also set a goal to migrate most of its data center operations to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). At the start of 2023, just 10% of TTEC’s operations were in the cloud. To provide consistent protection and visibility across its on-premises and cloud environments during migration, Next- Generation Software Firewalls were deployed in GCP, complementing TTEC’s on-premises firewalls. Having Next-Generation Firewalls everywhere enables TTEC to manage everything centrally. In only two years, TTEC successfully migrated 85% of its operations to the cloud. To protect its applications and users, the company relies on Prisma Cloud for Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM). It also utilizes Palo Alto Networks Cloud-Delivered Security Services, including Advanced Threat Prevention, Advanced URL Filtering and Advanced WildFire for protection of its network traffic and data. These services work seamlessly with Next-Generation Firewalls and Prisma Access, providing uniform detection and enforcement. With this suite of products, TTEC maintains consistent security everywhere, whether an application runs in the cloud or a data center or if an employee connects from home, a branch location or a café.
With Palo Alto Networks, securing TTEC’s entire global network is much easier. Consistent security policies can be applied seamlessly, with strong segmentation to ensure that the company’s clients are securely isolated from each other.
Concentrating on secure remote access, network transformation and cloud migration has benefited TTEC’s customers and employees, and better prepared the company for the future. Next, TTEC will focus on automating customer onboarding and exploring AI to enhance troubleshooting and threat detection.
Path to platformization
“As we started thinking about executing a secure cloud migration, we needed a partner who understands our industry and our culture and will work with us to meet our timeline and cost requirements. Palo Alto Networks was the right choice for us.”
